How to Do Same Session Verification in a Job?

The Same Session Verification feature lets peer verifiers complete verification within the initiator’s session, without logging in separately. They simply enter their decision and password. It supports single-user, multi-user, group, and bulk verifications, for both Local and SSO users—streamlining workflows, reducing friction, and ensuring secure, compliant execution.

1. Create the Job

2. This redirects to the Job created

3. Click on ‘Start Job’ and a pop-up window appears to start the job.

4. Click on ‘Start Task’

5. Fill the parameter and Click on the Checklist where the ‘Request Verification’ button pop-up.

6. Fill the remaining parameters and Checklist.

7. Click ‘Request Verification’ → Select the user for verification and Click on ‘Confirm’. 

8. Two buttons appear: ‘Recall Verification’ and ‘Same Session Verification’. Click ‘Same Session Verification’.

9. A pop-up appears with the verifier name and Click on ‘Approve’.

10. Enter the Password

11. Peer Verification gets updated under the Checklist.

12. Complete the remaining task and Complete the task.

13. Complete the Job.
