How to ensure archived users are removed from jobs and groups automatically?

Archived users are now automatically removed from all jobs, trained user records, and user groups—preventing orphaned assignments, avoiding execution delays, and preserving system integrity.

1. Click on ‘More’ and choose ‘Archive’. 

 2. A pop-up window appears and Click on ‘Confirm’. 

3. State the Reason and Click on ‘Confirm’.

4. A pop-up Notification appears stating User is Archived.
