PDF Export Support for User List

The User List export has been expanded to support PDF as an additional download format, alongside the existing Excel export. Users can now download the filtered list of platform users as a PDF, providing greater flexibility in how user data is shared and documented across the organisation. All filters applied at the time of export are reflected in the downloaded PDF, ensuring that the exported data accurately represents the intended user subset
