Scheduled Publishing and Block Status for Processes

 Two new lifecycle controls have been introduced for published processes. Users can now schedule the publishing of a process to a future date and time, enabling better planning and controlled rollout of new revisions. Additionally, published processes can be marked as Blocked, preventing the creation of new jobs from the checklist until the block is removed.
