You can now configure Trained users for each task of a Checklist
Authorized users can configure trained users for a published checklist to indicate who all should be auto-assigned when a Job is auto-created as per defined automation frequency.
Steps to configure Trained users:
- Navigate to the 'Published' Checklists tab and Select a Checklist
- Click on the 'More' dropdown list and Select 'Trained Users' from the available dropdown list.

There are two ways to do assignments:
- Bulk Assignments - when multiple Users are to be assigned to all the Tasks in the Checklist.
- Task-level Assignments - when one wants to assign Users to individual Tasks.

Bulk Assignments:
- Click the checkbox to 'Select all the tasks' and Click on Assign 'n' Tasks (n refers to the number of tasks available in a prototype)
- Choose the Users from the available list.
- Click "Confirm" to complete the assignment.
- Click the checkbox to 'Select all the tasks' and Click on Assign 'n' Tasks (n refers to the number of tasks available in a prototype)

Task-level Assignments:
- Click the individual checkbox for each task and Click on Assign 'n' Tasks (n refers to the number of tasks available in a prototype).
- Choose the Users from the available list.
- Click "Confirm" to complete the assignment for the selected task.
- Similarly, select each task and assign it to the required users.
