How do I configure Job Quality Review with Level 1 and Level 2 review?

 

1. Go to the Process tab and open the process to be configured.




2. Click on the Job Quality Review tab.







3. Set the Approval Hierarchy to 2 using the plus icon.

4. Enter the custom display names for Level 1 and Level 2 reviewers.



5. Save the changes and the Job Quality Review will be configured with two levels.
