How to Archive a Custom View for Asset Logs

Learn how to archive and then access archived views from the Show Archived tab.

  1. Log in to the system with your user credentials.    
  2. Navigate to the relevant object type in the system.    
  3. Open the asset log you want to archive.  
  4.  Click on 'More' and select 'Archive'.    
  5. Enter a reason for archiving when prompted.    
  6. Click 'Submit' to confirm.    
  7. Access the 'Show Archived' tab to view the archived custom view.
