How to Execute a Multi-Resource Selector with Approval Workflow

Follow these steps to select multiple resources with validations and enable approval when a resource fails validation.

  1. Log in to the system with your user credentials.    
  2. Navigate to the job containing the multi-resource selector with validations.
      
  3. Open the relevant task where the multi-resource selector is located.    
  4. Select a first resource that meets the validation criteria.    
  5. Select a second resource that fails the validation criteria.    
  6. Provide your reason in the popup prompt to proceed.    
  7. Choose one or more approvers from the available dropdown list.    
  8. Click on Next.  
  9. Review the summary and click on Proceed.    
  10. Enter your password and click on Verify.    
  11. Attempt to complete the task  
  12. Note the system will prevent completion.    
  13. Log in as the designated approver.    
  14. Open the Approvals section in your inbox.    
  15. Select the task and click on View.    
  16. Enter your remarks and click on Approve.    
  17. Enter your password and click on Verify.    
  18. Log back in as the original user.    
  19. Return to the same job and task to verify the approval status.    
  20. Click on Complete Task to finalize the process.
