How to Apply Object Filters to Refine Processes ?

Quickly refine your search for processes by applying object filters on the Ongoing or Completed Jobs page.

  1. Log into your account and navigate to the dashboard.   
  2. Select the 'Jobs' section from the main menu. 
  3. Click on the 'Ongoing Jobs' or 'Completed Jobs' tab, depending on your needs.   
  4. Locate the 'Resource Filter' section on the page. 
  5. From the Resource Filter, select the 'Object Type' you wish to filter by. 
  6. Once you've selected the Object Type, a dropdown list will appear with the available objects. 
  7. Search and select the specific Object you are interested in from the dropdown list.   
  8. The page will automatically refresh or there might be a 'Search' or 'Apply' button to click (depending on the design) to apply the filter.
  9. Review the filtered list of jobs that are now applicable for the selected Object.
