How to Archive an Existing User as a System Administrator
System Administrators can archive users through the 'Users and Access' page by selecting the 'Archive' action.
- Log in to the system with your System Administrator credentials.

- Navigate to the 'Users and Access' page from the main menu.
- Scroll through the list or use the search function to find the user you wish to archive, identified by their first name.
- Click on the 'Archive' action button next to the relevant user's name.
- Confirm your action by clicking on 'Archive User' in the confirmation dialog that appears.



- Access the Archived Users list, usually found as a tab or section within the 'Users and Access' page.

- Find the recently archived user in the list to ensure they have been successfully archived.
- Go to the 'Session Activity' page to review the newly created log entries for the date the user was archived to confirm successful archive operation.
- Log out from your Administrator account.
- (Optional) Attempt to log in with the credentials of the user that was archived to ensure that their account is no longer active.
