# How to Assign a User Group as Trained Users for a Process ?

## You can assign a user group as trained for a process from the Process page by navigating through the More button.

1. Navigate to the Process page.

2. Click on the 'More' button of the process you wish to assign trained users to.

3. Select the 'Trained Users' option.

4. Click on the 'User Groups' button.

5. Choose the 'Add User Group' option.

6. Select the desired User Group you want to assign as trained.

7. Click on the 'Save' button to finalize the assignment.
