How to Assign a User Group for Peer Verification ?

Assign a user group for peer verification directly from the request verification option in the process parameters section.

  1. Log in to the system using your System Administrator credentials.



      
  2. Navigate to the process parameters section that requires peer verification.  
     
  3. Click on the 'Request Verification' button next to the relevant process parameter.    Select the option to request verification for a user group.
      
  4. Choose a user group from the list of available groups that are associated with the task.
     
  5. Confirm your selection to assign the user group for peer verification.  
     
  6. Ensure that all members of the selected group receive a notification about the peer verification request.




      
  7. Check that any member of the user group can carry out the peer verification as per their availability.  
  8. Complete the peer verification process as necessary.
