How to Assign a User Group for Peer Verification ?
Assign a user group for peer verification directly from the request verification option in the process parameters section.
- Log in to the system using your System Administrator credentials.
- Navigate to the process parameters section that requires peer verification.
- Click on the 'Request Verification' button next to the relevant process parameter. Select the option to request verification for a user group.
- Choose a user group from the list of available groups that are associated with the task.
- Confirm your selection to assign the user group for peer verification.
- Ensure that all members of the selected group receive a notification about the peer verification request.
- Check that any member of the user group can carry out the peer verification as per their availability.
