How to Create a Custom View for Asset Logs

Use these steps to quickly set up a customized asset log view.

1. Make sure you are already logged into the system.    
   
2. Navigate to the object type page and select the relevant object type from the ontology.    
   
   
3. Click on the 'Assets Logs' tab.    Choose 'Create new' to start configuring a custom view.    
   
4. Enter a label for your new view in the designated input field.    
   
5. Click 'Next' to move to the next stage.    
6. Select the common properties and resources you want to include, then click 'Next'.    
   
7. Reorder the selected parameters as needed.    
   
8. Click 'Add Filter' and specify 'Job State' as 'Completed'.    
   
9. Finally, click 'Save changes' to finalize the custom asset log view.
