      How to Edit the Process as an Additionally Added Author ?

      As an additional author, you can edit the process name directly from the prototype page.

      1. Log in to the system using your author credentials. 


         
      2. Navigate to the 'Prototypes' section found on the dashboard or main menu. 
          
      3. Locate and click on the prototype you've been added to as an additional author. 
          
      4. Find the 'Edit' button or pencil icon near the name of the stage you wish to edit. 
      5. Click the 'Edit' button or pencil icon to make it editable. 
          
      6. Enter the new name for the stage you are editing. 
          
      7. Look for the 'Save' or 'Confirm' button to apply your changes.    
      8. A confirmation message should appear indicating the process name has been successfully updated.
