# How to Execute Date-Time Parameters With Validation in the System

## Learn how to work with date-time parameters that include validation checks within a job.

1. Log in to the system.

2. Navigate to the relevant job in the system.
3. Start the job.

4. Locate the task that contains the date-time parameter with validation rules.
5. Start the task to access the parameter.
6. Enter an invalid date-time value.
7. Observe that the system displays an error message and prevents moving forward.

8. Enter a valid date-time value.

9. Confirm the system accepts the valid value and allows you to continue.
