      How to Initiate the Sign-off Process as an Author ?

      Authors can initiate the sign-off for a process easily through the system.

      1. Ensure you are logged into the system and navigate to the process page where 'Initiate Sign-Off' is required.    
      2. Click on the 'Initiate' button to begin the sign-off process.

      3. Proceed by clicking the 'Sign' button to confirm your intention to sign-off.  

      4. Enter your password when prompted and click 'Sign' to authenticate and complete the sign-off.

      5. Log out from the system.
