# How to Recall a Process in Its Review/Approval/Release Cycle ?

## Authors can recall a submission at any stage during its review, approval, or release cycle for amendments and resubmission.

1. Log in to the application with your author credentials.

2. Navigate to the Processes tab on the dashboard.

3. Identify and select the process you wish to recall from its current stage.

4. Click on the ellipsis option (three dots) located beside the collaborators icon.

5. From the dropdown menu, select 'Recall Process'.

6. Enter the reason for recalling the process in the text box provided.

7. Click on 'Submit' to confirm the recall of the process.

8. 9. After making changes, resubmit the process for review by clicking on 'Submit for Review' and selecting the appropriate reviewers.

10. Log out of the application once the process has been successfully recalled and resubmitted.

11. Review the audit logs to ensure the recall action was properly recorded.
