# How to Reject an Approval Request as an Approver ?

## Approving users can reject an approval request by navigating to the request, clicking the Reject button, providing a reason, and submitting.

1. Log in to your account with the approver credentials.

2. Navigate to the dashboard where the approval requests are listed.

3. Locate the specific approval request you need to reject.

4. Click on the 'Reject' button associated with the request you wish to reject.
5. A pop-up window will appear asking for a reason for the rejection. Enter your reason in the provided field.
6. After entering the reason, click on the 'Submit' button to finalize the rejection of the request.
7. You will receive a confirmation that the request has been successfully rejected.
