      How to Release a Signed-off Process as a Process Publisher (v2) ?

      Releasing a signed-off process is straightforward and can be done directly from the Process details page.

      1. Log in to the system with your Process Publisher credentials.


      2. From the dashboard, select the Process Category you need to work with.  
      3. Navigate to the list of Processes under the selected category.  
      4. Find and open the Process that is marked as 'Ready to Release'.
      5. Click the 'Release Process' button located on the top-right corner of the Process details page.
      6. When prompted, submit your account password to confirm the action.
      7. After the release action is completed, return to the dashboard and navigate to the list of Published Processes to verify the Process has been successfully released.
