# How to Request Approval for a Process Parameter ?

## Users can request approval for process parameters by submitting a higher value with a reason.

1. Log into the system with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Should Be parameter for the process you are involved with.

3. If the task related to this parameter has not been started, begin the task.

4. Input a value greater than the acceptance criteria for the process parameter.

5. Provide a reason for the value you have entered.

6. Click on the submit button to send your request for approval.
