How to Reset Your Password Using Security Questions ?

You can easily reset your password from the login page by selecting 'Forgot Password?' and answering your security question.

1. Go to the login page. 
   
    
2. Click on 'Forgot Password?'    
   
   
3. Enter your username when prompted and click submit.
     
4. Click on 'Show Recovery Options'.  
    
5. Select 'Answer a Challenge Question' and click on Continue.
     
6. Choose the security question you had previously set. 
   
     
7. Enter the correct answer to the security question and confirm. 
     
8. Enter a new password for your account, making sure to type it again for confirmation.
   
   
   
9. After confirming your new password, return to the login page. 
   
    
10. Try logging in with your username and the new password you have just created.
