How to Set a Planned Variation on a Task ?
Assignees can set planned variations for tasks during job execution by following a few simple steps.
- Navigate to the task that has not been started yet.

- Click on the ellipsis (three dots) menu above the timer view and select 'Parameter Variation'.


- Click on 'Add Variation' and fill in the required details such as Parameter, Parameter Type, Variation Type, Variation Name, Variation Number, and a Description if necessary. Also, attach any reference file if applicable.


- Click on 'Next'.
- Update the variation parameters as necessary, changing criteria and values as needed.
- Click on 'Create' to finalize the setting of the planned variation.
