How to Sign a Process for Approval (v2) ?

Approve and sign a process to make it ready for release by providing your password.

1. Ensure you are logged out of your account initially.
   
2. Log in to the platform using your Approver credentials.  
   
3. Navigate to the specific process that requires approval.   
   
4. Locate and click on the 'Sign' button associated with the process.
   
5. When prompted, enter your password in the provided field. 
   
6. Confirm the action by clicking on 'Sign' again to finalize the approval.
