      How to Unarchive an Archived User as a System Administrator ?

      System Administrators can easily restore access for archived users through the system settings.

      1. Log in to the system with the System Administrator account.


         
      2. Navigate to the 'System Settings' and select 'Users and Access'. 
          
      3. Go to the 'Archived Users' list. 
      4. Find the user you wish to unarchive and click on 'Unarchive' next to their name.
      5. Confirm the action by clicking on the 'Unarchive User' button in the confirmation dialog box.


      6. Verify that the user is no longer listed under 'Archived Users'.    
      7. Navigate to the 'Active Users' list to ensure the user has been successfully unarchived.
      8. Check the 'Session Activity' page for any recent log entries related to the unarchived user.    
      9. Log out from the System Administrator account.  
         
      10. Log in with the unarchived user's credentials to confirm successful unarchiving, then log out.
