How to Unlock a Locked User Account as a System Administrator ?

System Administrators can unlock locked user accounts from the 'User and Access' page.

  1. Log in to the system using your System Administrator account.  

     
  2. Navigate to the 'User and Access' page. 
     
  3. Locate the locked user account by searching for the user's first name in the list of Active Users.  
     
  4. Click on 'Unlock' in the Actions column for the user you wish to unlock.
      
  5. In the Confirmation Dialog box that appears, click 'Unlock User'.  
  6. Verify that the user account is now unlocked by observing the status next to the user's name. 
      
  7. Navigate to the 'Session Activity' section to review the unlock activity, if desired.
      
  8. Log out from the system.
      
  9. To test, attempt logging in using the previously locked user account credentials.
