How to Unlock a Locked User Account as a System Administrator ?
System Administrators can unlock locked user accounts from the 'User and Access' page.
- Log in to the system using your System Administrator account.

- Navigate to the 'User and Access' page.
- Locate the locked user account by searching for the user's first name in the list of Active Users.
- Click on 'Unlock' in the Actions column for the user you wish to unlock.
- In the Confirmation Dialog box that appears, click 'Unlock User'.

- Verify that the user account is now unlocked by observing the status next to the user's name.
- Navigate to the 'Session Activity' section to review the unlock activity, if desired.
- Log out from the system.
- To test, attempt logging in using the previously locked user account credentials.
