      How to Verify User Facility Access Rights ?

      Ensure users can only access their designated facilities and no others.

      1. Log in with your System Admin account credentials.   
         
      2. Navigate to the 'Search Users' section.  
         
      3. Type 'Process Publisher' in the search bar and hit enter.   
         
      4. Click on the 'Process Publisher' from the search results.  
         
      5. Scroll down to the 'Facility' section to view the assigned facilities. 
         
      6. Log out from the System Admin account.  


      7. Log in with the Process Publisher account credentials. 

      8. Locate the Facility selector, often found on the dashboard or within user settings.
          
      9. Compare the facilities available to the Process Publisher account with those listed under the Process Publisher profile viewed earlier by the System Admin.  

         
      10. Confirm that the facilities listed for the Process Publisher account match exactly with those assigned in the System Admin view, ensuring no additional facilities are accessible.
