# How to View a User Group in the System ?

## Viewing a User Group can be easily done through the 'Users and Access Management' module.

1. Open your web browser and enter the provided URL to access the system.

2. Log in to the system using your valid credentials.

3. Navigate to the 'Users and Access Management' module located usually on the dashboard or in the main menu.

4. Inside the 'Users and Access Management' module, locate and click on the 'User Groups' tab.

5. You will see a table listing all the user groups created within the system.

6. Each entry in the table will include columns for User Group Name, Users in the group, and Actions such as edit, archive, or view job audit logs.

7. Click on the name of the user group whose details you wish to view.

8. The system will then display a detailed view of the selected User Group, including its name, a description, a list of users belonging to the group, and any other pertinent information.
