      Unlocking Your Locked Account Automatically

      Your account will automatically unlock after a 20-minute wait period.

      1. Ensure your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts. 

         
      2. Wait for more than 20 minutes from the last attempted login that resulted in the account being locked.    
      3. Navigate to the Login page of the system.    
      4. Enter your username and password to log in. 


      6. Your account should now be unlocked, allowing you access to the system.
